3. My post work out foodie preference is… a green smoothie, including a banana, berries, protein powder, gelatine and green vital green powder...yumbos!

5. When I’m not working out you can find me... hitting the beach, attempting to surf or catching some vitamin D.

5. When I’m not working out you can find me… Hanging 10 with my sidekick Winnie. If it’s summer then down the beach.

1 When we smash out a gym session, we love cranking some R+B and House music


2 One piece of fitness equipment we can’t live without is a barbell. It is our absolute favourite piece of training equipment and we base our training sessions around our barbell work, we especially love our squats and their variations!


3 Our post work out foodie preference is a protein packed smoothie. We love Bare Blends WPI with Natural Raw C coconut water, frozen banana, cinnamon and Amazonia Raw Pre-probiotic Powder. Devious and just what we need to replenish and repair post workout.


4 Fave Tomboy - We are loving the whole Kendall Jenner, Hailey Baldwin, Gigi and Bella Hadid crew. Love their gym and street style!


5 When I’m not working out you can find us working! We basically live in our gym Base Gym in North Sydney. If we aren’t on the gym floor training ourselves or our babes, we are in the office helping our online babes and working.

3. My post work out foodie preference is… I'm all about a protein smoothie to help my body recover. Recently I'm obsessed with a mix of vanilla vegan protein, almond milk, avocado, spinach, tiny bit of apple sauce and ginger - the vanilla protein and apple sweetens it up and the texture is almost like mousse. It's that good!


4. Fave Tomboy... Nina Agdal.


5. When I’m not working out you can find me.... Running all over NYC with clients, playing with my insanely cute Pomeranian and on all the brunch dates.

1. When i smash out a gym session, i love cranking... Oh, it changes all the time, but a couple of tracks on my playlist at the moment that give me an extra spring in my step are 'The Trouble With Us' by Marcus Marr/Chet Faker and 'Action' by Cassius. And don't ever underestimate the power of 'The Eye of the Tiger' from Rocky haha.


2. One piece of fitness equipment i can’t live without is... Love the versatility of a kettle bell.


3. My post work out foodie preference is... Salted Caramel Bliss Ball. And a protein shake or coffee!


4. Fave Tomboy... Without a doubt, Pip Edwards. My ultimate style crush and a total tomboy to boot. 


5. When I’m not working out you can find me... With my main squeeze, my 8 year old son. I'm either chasing him down on his bike, on standby with refreshments at the BMX track, discussing the relative specification strengths of various muscle cars or watching Top Gear on repeat.

1. When i smash out a gym session, i love cranking... 'Holiday Vibe' House.


2. One piece of fitness equipment i can’t live without is... The resistance band. It must be the most versatile bit of kit. You can tie them up in all sort of ways to hit muscles *especially your butt* hard with no weights in sight. 


3. My post work out foodie preference is… Full fat Greek yoghurt and fresh pineapple chunks. So satisfying and amazing for muscle recovery.


4. Fave Tomboy... Jamie. Probably because there was a time in my life i wished I was Britney's sister... Hmm. 


5. When I’m not working out you can find me... Having coffee dates in Bondi with my pals or spooning a jar of peanut butter on the sofa wearing comfy, yet very unattractive attire. Either or.
